The mind constantly fills in missing detail and tries to give us a coherent view of the world. The following images have had detail stripped by magnifying low resolution photos to the point of showing individual pixels. See if your can identify the various subjects. Move back from the screen and squint to blend away the confusing surface detail, in other words look past the detail, and you start to see a picture. It's a classic case of less being more.
